Chief Executive Officer Charles Tendell

Charles Tendell holds a BS Information Systems Security from the University of Phoenix. With over 13 years experience working with security technology, which includes 6 years as a Network Security & Forensics Analyst in the U.S. Army and over one year with Boeing’s Integrated Defense Systems division .

Charles Tendell’s dedication and drive have helped propel him to be among the best in the industry. With his experiences in the U.S. Army, Charles learned the techniques and tools that the forensics and security industry still revolve around today. Now, as a veteran, Charles strives to bring his knowledge and experience along with him on a new mission in the Ediscovery & litigation world.

Director of Forensic Investigations David Pettinari

Dave Pettinari, a retired 20-year law enforcement veteran, formerly commanded a high-tech crimes unit at the Pueblo County (Colorado) Sheriff’s Office, including participation in the Colorado Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. He and fellow officers arrested 36 online predators who go after children in chat rooms and in instant messaging.

He has taught numerous national and state-level seminars on use of the Internet for Law Enforcement Intelligence, Investigations, identity theft, and computer crime. In all, he has published 100+ articles in national publications over the years, about one-fourth of them on computer crime and Internet crime topics. He taught around the country with a course of his own invention since 1995 on computer crime, Internet crime and identity theft investigation. He is a former instructor for Internet Crimes Inc., and for Paraben Corp. on forensically processing and finding information on cell phones and PDAs.

Pettinari has been trained extensively in computer forensics, attending 36+ computer crime and computer forensics schools, to include the Federal Law Enforcement Center’s “Criminal Investigations in an Automated Environment” course, SEARCH computer crimes, SEARCH Investigation of Online Sexual Exploitation of Children, EnCase (basic, intermediate and advanced), and the National White Collar Crime Center’s Basic Data Recovery and Analysis course, Advanced Data Recovery and Analysis course, Internet Trace Evidence Recovery and Analysis course, and numerous other schools. He holds the EnCE designation, meaning he is EnCase certified.

A major in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, he served in Operation Desert Storm (England, Turkey and Saudi Arabia), and in Operation Provide Comfort, the airdrop mission to the Kurdish people. He served as a reserve member of the Air Force Office of Special Investigation, specializing in computer crimes investigation and anti-hacking. He was assigned to Travis AFB, CA, but served also at Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs. Pettinari is a graduate of Squadron Officers School and Air Command and Staff College.

Director of Sales & Marketing Gregory Masley

As director of marketing and Sales of eCSi, Gregory J. Masley directs the company’s portfolio with an eye toward innovation, simplicity, and creativity. With nearly 20 years experience in the technology industry, Masley is passionate about technology and its possibilities.

Prior to establishing joining eCSi, Masley was senior network administrator at Mallinckrodt Medical, where he led the effort to migrate Novell based Microsoft and CCMail servers with upgraded Windows NT based Exchange Servers, including the development and implementation plan to provide remote access to e-mail and database servers via Windows NT RAS for network and system components for 400-user network.

Masley was the general manager at Computer Support Networks, where he supervised a large team of computer and network technicians with diverse backgrounds. His team was responsible for delivering increased customer satisfaction, technical support, and monitoring system performance. Greg designed and deployed all workstations, hardware and software applications on Microsoft and Novell Networks, PC, and a variety of printer systems.

Masley participates in several associations, including serving as a beta-tester for Google chrome. He holds a bachelor degree from the Novel Certified Network Administration and Engineering Program from the California State University, Fullerton, and graduated in the top 10% of the JTPA Grant Class of1993.
